  • How long to wait for a quote?

  • How many days estimate to receive my parcel?

    International shipping from china to Malaysia:

    • Expect 6-8 working days (AIR Shipment)
    • Expect 1month (SEA shipment)
  • What should I do if I can’t track my parcel?

    If you come across this problem, please verify the following:

    • Did you enter the right tracking number?
    • Did you choose the right tracking website?

    If you answered yes, then contact our customer service or ourtaobao agent to check for you.

  • Why i can’t find information about my parcel?

    Most of the time, it’s because the information has not been updated by the shipping company.

    1. a) Sometimes tracking information will not be updated in time. They need at least 3 days for tracking to be posted. Please be patient.
    2. b) If the parcel was sent during public holidays, the information may be available after the holiday.
  • Why my parcel status did not change?

    When your package leaves GZ, it will be put in queue to be delivered to your country. During this transit, the status will not change, so it is common to see your package stuck in the status “Dispatch …” This transit is the longest process, and usually takes 3-5 working days

  • When is the busy season?

    Busy season is November to February every year. This is because of Christmas and Chinese New Year. Therefore kindly please place order asap.

  • What is the best courier to use if I’m looking for fast shipment, include custom fee?

    Suggest using GDEX Normal AIR, the latest air shipment which include custom fee at no additional cost. It is fast with at least 3 working days delivery, include custom fee and can ship up to maximum 200KG.

  • What should I do if I did not get the parcel after a long time?

    If you still do not get your parcel within 6 working days after the shipping date, please contact us for help tracking your parcel. We will request international Courier to provide us with the tracking list of the parcel. Please get in touch with us the following information:

    • Tracking number.
    • The complete information as listed below:
    1. Name:
    2. Address:
    3. City:
    4. Country:
    5. Post Code:
    6. Telephone:

    The above information should be identical to the one on the waybill.

    It might take a long time to get the detailed tracking list. Generally speaking, initial checking will take 2-3 working days.

  • If my parcel lost, can I get compensation?

    Only For “Buy For Me” Service: We offer compensation for the lost international parcel during transit from warehouse China to your doorstep. The compensation is according to the declaration value of international parcel/parcel make upon international shipping which mean the value declare per parcel must less than USD100 per parcel shipment

    Compensation will be only provide after get confirmation from the international courier used.
